Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), all subscription purchases are final and refunds are not accepted.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:

• Change of mind.
• Unused portions of a subscription period or partial months.
• Accidental purchases or subscription renewals (it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to renewal).

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Settings page within the app. Once canceled, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our Service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the Service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.
