You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize StatMonkey to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law (such as the Australian Consumer Law). Refunds are not accepted for change of mind or partial billing cycles. Please review our Refund Policy for detailed terms.

4. Accounts and Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or to upload any content that is offensive, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
